1 pineapple cut into wedges
1 c brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
In a bowl, completely combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour mixture into a Zip-Loc bag and add pineapple wedges and shake to coat completely.
Cook pineapple on grill for 2-3 minutes per side being careful not to let the sugar burn.
